Warranty & Service Policy
At WatchMatic, we offer a 2-year warranty on all watch winders to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind. The specific warranty terms for each product are clearly listed on its product page.
This warranty applies to products purchased directly from WatchMatic through our authorized sales channels, including our official website and participating AI storefronts.
What Our Warranty Covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Watch winder motor and movement issues
- Electronic or internal component failures not caused by misuse
What Is Not Covered:
- Scratches, discoloration, or normal wear and tear to the exterior finish
- Damage to glass/acrylic panels
- Damage to hinges, crown knobs, or decorative components caused by mishandling
- Damage from drops, impact, misuse, incorrect power supply, or unauthorized repairs
- Noise level variation due to aging of the motor (considered normal wear over time)
Warranty Conditions:
- Warranty coverage is valid only through WatchMatic and applies exclusively to products purchased on MyWatchMatic.com.
- All warranty inspections and repairs must be performed by WatchMatic. The warranty will be voided if the product is opened, modified, or serviced by any third party.
- During the warranty period, WatchMatic will repair or replace the item at our discretion, covering all parts and labor for issues covered under warranty.
- WatchMatic is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use or damage to personal property. Some states do not allow such limitations, so these exclusions may not apply to all customers.
Warranty Return Instructions:
To request a return, please contact us at info@mywatchmatic.com with the following information:
- Order number or customer information
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- Description of the problem
Please do not send any items back before receiving our confirmation, as we cannot process unauthorized returns.

(This is a processing office and does not accept walk-in customers.)
All items must be shipped using a traceable and insured service (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.), with shipping costs prepaid by the customer. We will not accept COD or collect shipments.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending products to WatchMatic for warranty inspection.
If the warranty claim is approved and the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, WatchMatic will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.
If the issue is found not to be covered under warranty, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
